Born in Japan and living in Ohio, I spent my early career as a fashion designer at a fast-growing company. I always love being connected to nature and want to incorporate plant material into life. In New York, so fortunate that I could find mentors and study to handcraft natural self-care products.

In Kumori, I converged my experience to create modern plant-based products; the products are well-designed, high-performance, and have good environmental credentials.

My dream is Kumori grows like a tree; puts down deep roots in our everyday life.
